This Privacy Policy explains how CitiBuild Management Corp. ("CitiBuild", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit our website, fill out a form, book a meeting or communicate with us by phone, email or text message.

- Consent records: whether you agreed to be contacted and to receive text messages, the wording you agreed to, and the date, time and page of that agreement.
- Technical information: the page you came from and campaign details (such as UTM tags), and basic device and browser information.

- To respond to your enquiry, schedule and confirm meetings and follow up about your project.
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders and project-related messages by email, phone or, if you opted in, text message.
- To assess whether our services suit your property and goals.
- To keep records required for legal, tax and regulatory purposes, and to improve our website and services.
Text messaging (SMS)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and messaging platform providers, is permitted. All other categories in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as our CRM and scheduling platform (HighLevel), website hosting, email and calendar providers, who are bound to use it only to provide services to us; with professional advisors; or where required by law.

We collect, use and disclose personal information with your consent, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
