These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the CitiBuild website and our text messaging program, operated by CitiBuild Management Corp. ("CitiBuild", "we", "us"). By using this website or opting in to our messages, you agree to these terms.

SMS messaging program

Program: CitiBuild Appointments & Project Updates.
What you will receive: appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to your enquiries, and follow-up messages about your property or project from CitiBuild.
How you opt in: by checking the optional SMS consent box on our Book a meeting form, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of booking a meeting.
Message frequency: varies depending on your enquiry and meeting schedule.
Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
Help: reply HELP, email info@citibuild.ca or call (905) 264-8063.
Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

The content on this website is provided for general information about CitiBuild's design, development and construction services. Project timelines, unit counts, rents and other figures are estimates or examples, vary by property, municipality, financing and market conditions, and are not guaranteed. Some images are renderings.

No investment, tax or legal advice

Meetings and enquiries

Booking a meeting or submitting a form does not create a contract. Any engagement with CitiBuild is subject to a separate written agreement.
