CitiBuild Management Corp. is a Woodbridge-based company that plans, designs, permits and builds multi-unit rental housing across Toronto and the GTA. Our team brings together more than seventy years of combined development experience across architecture, planning, engineering coordination, development and construction, and all of it sits in one office.
We specialize in the smaller end of the rental market that most developers overlook and most contractors cannot deliver alone: 4 to 6 unit multiplexes, garden suites, small apartment buildings on major streets, and the conversion of office and retirement buildings into rental homes. Larger projects are within our capability; this is simply where one integrated team makes the biggest difference.

Woodbridge office, GTA projects.
Our office is at 301 Chrislea Road in Woodbridge, Vaughan. Projects are concentrated in the City of Toronto, where multiplex and garden suite permissions are broadest, and across York, Peel and Durham. Recent work also includes an apartment conversion in London and a custom home in Welland.
Meetings happen at the office, by video, or on your site, whichever is most useful.
